Ondo Court backs closure of ‘Bola Komo’ by Amotekun

An Ondo state Chief Magistrate Court sitting in Akure has granted the Ondo state Security Network, codenamed “Amotekun Corps” order to seal off the premises of a popular night club in Akure ‘Bola Komo Ventutes’ over security related issues.

The court presided over by Chief Magistrate D.O. Sekoni, on 2nd September, 2021 granted the order that can last 30days to enable the security operatives to carry out investigation on criminal activities allegedly taking place at the night club.

Bola Komo had earlier claimed that no court granted such order but findings by our Correspondent indicates that the court gave the order before the premises was shut down last week.
