Members and leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Ese-Odo local government area of Ondo state led by the Commissioner for Information and Orientation, Donald Ojogo have vowed to work hard for the reelection of Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu in the October 10, 2020.
The APC faithful also pledged that they would continue to be loyal to the party and dismissed insinuation that they were moving to the opposition People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
The politicians made their position known at a meeting of APC ward leaders held at the weekend in Arogbo.

The meeting attended by the APC key leaders, chairmen, Vice Chairmen, Woman Leaders, Secretaries and Youth leaders of the five wards of Arogbo Ijaw Kingdom, held at the instance of the Information Commissioner.
SUNSHINETRUTH gathered that there are plans that the state Deputy Governor, Agboola Ajayi who is from Ese-odo local government area, is plotting to defect to the PDP from the APC alongside some APC leaders on the area.
However, the APC leaders at the meeting by the 5 wards, resolved that they would not follow anyone to the PDP, insisting that they would stay in the ruling party to ensure the second term project of the governor was realised.
The political leaders who commended the Akeredolu- led administration’s giant strides, appealed to the state government to ensure more developments in Arogbo Ijaw area of the state.
Addressing them, Ojogo commended the APC leaders for their support for the Akeredolu’s administration and urged them to sustain such.
