How Akeredolu’s Integrity earned Ondo 20,000 Jobs at Ondo-Linyi Industrial Hub —Alex Ajipe

In the last three years, Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu has used his integrity to facilitate investments that are attracting about 20,000 employment opportunities at the multi-billion dollars Ondo-Linyi Industrial hub in Ore which was commissioned by President Muhammadu Buhari few days ago.

SUNSHINETRUTH authoritatively learnt that no fewer than 15 different companies are already sited at Ore industrial hub under the first phase for operations which included We-we wood processing factory, textile company, cassava to ethanol among others.

The Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director of Klick Konnect Network International Limited, an Ondo State based-Public and Investor Relations Firm, Chief (Dr) Alex Oluremi Ajipe stated this in Akure at an interactive session with online journalists in Ondo state.

Klick Konnect Networks International Limited is an Ondo State based Public and Investor relation film which began operations in 2006 as a business and Investor Firm, which has overtime diversified from Consulting to construction, agroprocessing and presently into the development of infrastructure, commercial real estate investment as well as management of tangible assets such as the management of Ondo-Linyi industrial hub phase one and two.

The Firm is also serving as revenue consultant to formal sector of Kano State government as well as a consultant to Ondo state Ministry of natural resources, Ondo state ministry of Youth and sport development and Ondo state rural water and sanitation agency.

President Buhari had said the Ondo-Linyi industrial hub was an idea which has come to reality with hard work and dedication by Governor Akeredolu, expressing confidence that the industrial hub will utilize local material which will create jobs for the young Nigerians.

Governor Akeredolu said the Ondo-Linyi industrial hub was part of the vision of his administration to create jobs and improve the fortune of the state.

Speaking on the efforts of the Akeredolu’s administration to industrialise the state since he came on board in February, 2017, Chief Alex Ajipe said the people of the state were lucky to have a man of integrity as the governor whose had been in the forefront of driving unprecedented investments in the state.

The Managing Director noted that through the initiative of Ondo-Linyi Bi-City Agreement, the state government and its partners had concluded arrangements to take off Okeluse Cement Factory in Ose local government area, as issuing of licence for the factory initiated under Ondo-Linyi Bi-City Agreement.

“We are already processing the license for Okeluse cement factory. By God’s Grace, before the end of the year, we will get the license from the federal government and we will generate one thousand tones of cement on daily basis.

“We are also working on Okeluse ethanol factory Previous governments in Ondo State had signed various MOU but didn’t see the light of the day, however, the present government with it’s commitment, integrity and credibility has wooed lot’s of investors. In this administration, over 95 percent of the MOU signed have been implemented,” Ajipe said.

Ajipe noted that by June this year, Ondo-Linyi industrial hub would have created about 20,000 direct jobs for the people of the state.

The CEO who is also the founder of “Ibi-Giga Ambassadors”, appealed to the people of the state and political class to support Akeredolu’s reelection in the interest of the present and future generations of the state.

He noted that for the Chinese investors under Ondo-Linyi Bi-City Agreement to sustain their massive investments in Ondo industrial hub, there was a need for all and sundry to rally round the governor beyond 4years for the stability of the industrial projects.

Ajipe explained that the Ondo state government partnership with investors from Chinese city of Linyi under Ondo-Linyi Bi-City Agreement was targeting at creating employment, empowerment, social responsibility and generate revenue.

The technocrat, said about 15,000 ambassadors under a political group, IBI-GIGA AMBASSADORS had been inducted across the 18 local government areas of the state to propagate giant strides of Governor Akeredolu as the state prepares for October 10, 2020 governorship election.
